Since 1st January 2021 we sell all our products VAT FREE into Europe and beyond.

BUT you will have to pay and are responsible for your own countries VAT when it gets to the chosen delivery country. We suggest you check your countries VAT rate and import rules before ordering from us. It is something we have no control over and is down to each countries import rules.

Larger Orders: Orders over the value of 150 EUROS will also attract a Duty tax. Again this is dependant on that countries own duty rates. The courier will contact you for payment. Again please check your own countries import rules before ordering.

What's the difference in the 3 fits of shirt?

We have 3 fits to choose from: Fitted, Tapered and Relaxed.

Our slimmest fit pilot shirt is the Fitted shirt, the middle fit is the Tapered shirt and the most generous is the Relaxed shirt.

Our Fitted is more fitted than any company issue shirt you’ll have had in the past. The slimmest shirt in the range. 

The Tapered is tapered down to the waist so to avoid extra fabric in the wrong places and cut to give you a modern and professional image. It gives you room to move comfortably without being restrictive. 

The Relaxed is our fullest cut. Ideal for those that like extra room in the waist and chest. 

Please look at our size chart to get a feel for which size suits you. Our size chart is based on customer feedback and is based on what we feel would provide a comfortable fit. Obviously how you like the shirt to fit you is an important factor as well. The shirts go up in body size every whole collar size, so a 15” & 15.5” would have the same body measurement just a different collar. We are always happy to exchange if you get the wrong size.

What is a Tailored Torso?

If you are looking for an even more customised and fitted pilot shirt we can take 1”, 2” or  3” out of the side seam and reduce the shirts width by the selected amount. This allows you to create your own perfect fit.

To get a feel for what it would be like if you pinch off ¼” on each side of the seam that would equal a 1” reduction (1/4” X 4) *Customised shirts are none returnable.*

What are Eyelets?

If you regularly wear wings or a name badge on your shirt these eyelets will protect your shirt from repeated holes. Eyelets are placed approximately 1” above the left pocket. Each eyelet hole is 5/8" long and the gap between the 2  closed button holes is 1 1/4"

We also offer an option to choose eyelets that are slightly closer together to fit both a virgin and BA name badge. *Customised shirts are none returnable.*

Who is the Tall shirt suitable for?

Our Tall shorts are suitable for anyone 6"3" (190cm) and over and offers 2" longer in the  body and 1" longer in the arm. (Please note our standard shirts are still longer than most brands)  Please note this is a short sleeve shirt.
